Callystoarts (Italy)

The organisation aims at enhancing youth activism and youth empowerment. Ever since the association is committed to support all forms of juvenile expressions throughout the implementation of local as well as trans-national activities, addressing the development of soft skills and European key competences that can support young people to access the labour market, reinforce social circles, and, finally yet importantly, assist their growth and transition to adulthood. The organisation is well integrated in several networks, which include NGOs, public bodies, social enterprises, regional organisations, foundations, and other types of institutions. Callystoarts plays the role of coordinator for the local youth centre, based in the East side of Naples, being also the headquarters for volunteering projects in the frame of Servizio Civile Universale. Callystoarts numbers over 100 affiliations at national level, for which it designs and develops SCU projects and provides for ad hoc training modules addressed at SCU volunteers. The body is composed of profiles that have a diversified expertise in the youth field and, in the Third Sector.

Action Synergy (Greece)

 Action Synergy is an education, training and knowledge- based applications organization which is actively involved in the development of education technologies, training methodologies and the development of e-learning training courses. Action Synergy S.A. disposes a long experience in the management and coordination of European Projects. Action Synergy has a great experience working in the field of capacity building for youth workers. It is implementing many training projects for the development of skills of youth works in many fields including entrepreneurship, tourism, agriculture, soft skills, art etc. Most of the activities have as an ultimate the development of social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. Action Synergy participates also in the youth fairs organised in Greece. Action Synergy is also an organisation with great experience in e-learning. It has developed its own e-learning platform and have designed and delivered many courses through the use of e-learning http://action.gr/home/e-learning/ Since its foundation in 1987 the organisation has participated in a considerable number of EU educational projects, such as COMETT, PETRA, SOCRATES, LEONARDO DA VINCI, ARTICLE 6, ADAPT, TEMPUS, PHARE, Distance learning, Lifelong Learning, Creative Europe, Erasmus+, AMIF etc. It is an expert in the management and implementation of European projects in the field of education and training. Action Synergy’s S.A. key areas of expertise include: – Development of learning methodologies, Development of educational technologies, Development of courses and modules making use of innovative methodologies such as: open/flexible learning methodologies, e-learning, learning needs analysis, development of professional profiles and lists of skills and competencies, development of synergies at local, national and transnational level.

 

IMAGO Mundi (Romania)

Imago Mundi Association supports youths & their development, especially in the rural areas. We use non-formal education for developing life skills and competences of youths. We work along with teachers and youth workers from Romania, and we have strong partnerships with NGOs across Europe. Youths and adults both from rural and urban areas join our activities, and our office is located in the rural area, in the village of Mălureni, Argeș county, Romania. With 12 years of experience in the field of non-formal education and youth projects, Imago Mundi Association gained the reputation of being one of the most active non-profit organizations in the field of youth from the county of Argeș. Between 2008 and 2020 we implemented more than 20 European projects, with funding from the European Union, through the Youth in Action and Erasmus+ programs, as well as through the EU Aid Volunteers program, but also a number of local activities and partnerships. We collaborate with schools and high schools, both from rural and urban areas, with cultural institutions and local authorities. We have a group of 25 volunteers coordinated by four youth workers: the President of the Association, Dedu Constantin, Aura Constantinescu, Adelin Preda, and our psychologist, Sanda Bâtan We are involved in a E+, Ka2 on active citizenship of youth. We have a learning community of 120 teachers and y.w. now online, and we can share our know-how.

 

Crossing Borders (Denmark)

 CB has been promoting unity in diversity, intercultural meeting and international exchange toward realizing our common humanity and mutual dependency in a truly global community for 20 years. The vision of CB is a world in peace with itself in which diversity is celebrated. The mission is to create dialogue space toward such a world and to build the capacity of youth, media workers and educators to realise the above vision. CB employs 11 people in Denmark and has a network of over 50 volunteers in the country. Furthermore, CB has access to a network of 70 national coordinators in different countries who act as ambassadors in their local communities. Core activities: i) Global school services for high and primary schools in Denmark with the purpose to bring the world in the school and the school out into the real world, ii) Global Højskole for youth leaders from across the globe to learn about the key dimensions of globalisation: diversity, climate change, peace and conflicts, the media, the Gobal Goals for sustainable development and social entrepreneurship, iii) International projects focusing on youth participation in public and global affairs, iv) Volunteer programme as a way of enabling youth to gain real life experience and active citizenship 

Almoradi City Council

The organization is the Almoradí Town Hall, a medium-sized local administration public entity, 21,000 inhabitants, whose main value is its strategic location in the center of the Spanish southeast. Our mission is to be a benchmark in offering high added value services mainly around the agri-food, manufacturing, logistics and commercial sectors. In this sense we want to instill, we want to train our young people in the values exposed so that they become one of the main assets of the implementation of the projects.

Volonteurope

Volonteurope is an international non-profit network of nearly 40 member organisations across Europe and beyond. The objective of Volonteurope is to promote volunteering, active citizenship and social justice in Europe and beyond. The vision of Volonteurope is a world where the principles of inclusion, collaboration, sustainability and equality guide the thinking and the practices in Europe and beyond. We strive for social justice for all. The mission of Volonteurope consists of working, in collaboration with its members and partners, for the defence of volunteering and of citizens’ action as a way of bringing social justice to the world. In order to achieve its objectives, Volonteurope: a) Actively encourages political decision-makers to protect and improve the interests of volunteers and active citizens all over the world; b) Supports exchange of information and good practice relative to all the aspects, specific or general, which involve volunteering and active citizenship; c) Promotes to the European Institutions, the Council of Europe and to all the national or international institution, policies which support, recognise and reward volunteering; d) Organises and supports any initiatives of international exchanges of volunteers and generally any person involved in social action and volunteering; e) Lobbies against any form of criminalisation, penalisation or retaliation of or against acts of solidarity by volunteers and active citizens across the world; f) Engages in any legal means to defend the role of volunteering and active citizenship as a means of improving universal social justice. In addition, Volonteurope organises operations of collective interest and offer individual services which are in agreement with its objectives.
